How to connect with users emotionally?

  • Through social networks we can connect people together and share stories.
  • Through Cloud Computing and cutting edge technology users can directly ask questions to their doctor ‘face to face’ with their devices, it makes a big difference if we can see and talk directly to our doctor. I would use it all the time, instead of going to the doctor, waiting at the reception and all that.

 

How can we tell our brand story?

image style / look and feel

A positive image brings out positive emotions. It could be a smile, a gesture, color or texture. Positive images are expressions of joy and happiness and give the audience an idea of what they could be experiencing. Leveraging emotions can be very powerful, but it’s how we do it that matters.

Human touch images - Using human faces, brings the viewer to focus more and this causes them to draw towards a common point of interest.

Thinking out of box, and be creative - today’s technology allows us to do so much more, for example looping images, video, animations, different types of transitions.

Show validation - showing people using the product and praising it, loving it. 

Don't use uninspired stock photos - the best images do not look staged, or flat. They look real and authentic, and add real substance to the site.
