  • Color schemes

  • Clear navigation

  • Don't clutter with too many elements

  • Smooth & easy to understand the experience

  • Assist users with help chat or support team email

Steps of design and reasons behind:

Design approach and process:

In one of my first steps of design, I look at the various components that make up the product; Grid, color, layout, imagery, typography, styling, look and feel...

Start with wireframe/sketch mock-ups with different user cases. This is the early stage of the project process. Start exploring all possibilities, applying user-centered design as a foundation

(For this case, I am using type faces: Montserrat, Roboto)

Marketing approach:

  • Develop a strong brand

  • Clear CTA / easy assist of the "Buy" button

  • Create a community to lead to higher customer lifetime value (CLV)

  • Lead Generation - attract, convert, and nurture leads

  • Design to drive engagement, interest, and acquisition

  • Getting to the core of product message, content strategy

  • Social marketing, email marketing

  • Understanding customer's perspectives, understand the things that matter to them
