Standardize the post-implementation review process for the Skills team

(1) Tracking sheet

Ensure everyone is on the same page with the current instance link, and update the sheet after each review.

Section titles: Epic and story, Issue type, Issue screenshot (link), Issue descriptions, Recommendation screenshots (link), Reported by, Status, Owner, Action plan, Overall notes, QA review notes, QA final sign-off.

(2) Figma file with clear specs on the current issue and recommendation based on the current instance link.

(3) Maintains clear and transparent communication with the team. Create a QA group chat; if the project scope is too big, you can break down the group chat with a QA title.
