EXPLORATION / RESEARCH - This is the early stage of design process: researching, taking notes, understanding competitors, sketching rough mock-ups, no idea is a bad idea at this stage, thinking out side of box, pushing boundaries and be creative.

As marketing creative lead, I managed a team of 5 designers. I liaised with digital agency Duncan Channon based in San Francisco.
